Why can't I watch a single app on my Amazon FireTV Stick 4K in 4K?

I have the following problem: About a year ago, I put on a TV, the TCL 4K TV. In the normal menu, I can easily watch Netflix in 4K. With my "Amazon FireTV Stick 4K", however, I can't watch Netflix in 4K. I can't watch every single app, be it YouTube, Netflix or Disney +, in 4K. But Prime Video goes in 4K at once.

Can someone help with that?

Go into the settings and then screen of the stick and set the resolution to 3840p (UHD), if the image is only partially shown, you may have to set the HDMI standard of your TV to HDMI 2.x.

I put my stick in a 4K HDMI slot. In the settings of the stick, I set the screen quality to Automatic (up to 4K). The problem is still there. As I said, I can watch Prime Video in 4K, but the other apps don't.
