I currently have a lot of time and need good series either from Amazon Prime or Netflix. Please include a brief explanation.

Hawaii Five-0 is an American crime series produced by CBS Corporation between 2010 and 2020 for the US broadcaster CBS. The series is a remake of the Hawaii Five-Zero series, which aired from 1968 to 1980, about a special police unit fighting organized crime in Hawaii. The leading roles are Alex O'Loughlin, Scott Caan, up to season 7 Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park, from season 4 Chi McBride, from season 5 to season 10 Jorge Garcia, from season 8 Meaghan Rath, Beulah Koale and Ian Anthony Dale, who has been part of the cast since season 2, and Katrina Law in season ten. Hawaii Five-0 first aired on September 20, 2010, exactly 42 years after the original first aired.
Hawaii Five-0 is set in the same series universe as JAG - On behalf of the Honor, Navy CIS, Navy CIS: L.A., Navy CIS: New Orleans, MacGyver, Scorpion and Magnum P.I. In the sixth episode of the second season, Daniela Ruah briefly appears as special agent Kensi Blye as agent of NCIS Los Angeles. In May 2012, another crossover of both series was shown. There was a story split into two parts, the first showing on Hawaii Five-0 and the second on Navy CIS: L.A. In 2017, MacGyver joined the series universe when Chin and Kono received help from Mac, Jack, Riley, and Bozer from the Phoenix Foundation after an earthquake on the Big Island. The appearance of the two Five-0 investigators and that of the takeaway operator Kamekona was shown in the episode Trouble in Paradise at MacGyver. [1]
On March 23, 2017, CBS extended the series for an eighth season. [2] Their broadcast started on September 27, 2017 in the USA. In Germany, the eighth season has been broadcast on the free TV channel Sat.1 since February 5, 2018. [3] The continuation of the series for a ninth season was confirmed on April 18, 2018. [4] In May 2019, CBS ordered a tenth season of the series. [5] The series ended with the tenth season, also because Alex O'Loughlin decided not to extend his expiring contract for an eleventh season. In my opinion, Netflix would be, Dark "A German series about time travel. But the whole thing is so perfectly thought out that you have to think about it all the time.
On Amazon Prime I would suggest "The Boys". Unfortunately, it is intended for an adult audience, but the story is that superheroes are evil in this world. So far, 2 seasons.

So the last 3 series I gave on Netflix were Ratched, The Queens Gambit and Emily in Paris.
Otherwise good: American Horror Story, Tidelands, The Outer Banks, Umbrella Academy, Pose, Spuk in Hill House, Dark, Ozark, Kakegurui, You, 13 reasons why, The Witcher, Big Mouth, The Order and of course Stranger Things.
On Amazon: Man in the High Castle, Lovecraft Country, The Boys, Unreal, Utopia and Black Mirror.
