Hi, I just got finished on Netflix Season 1 by Black Butler… But I don't understand the transition from episode 24 to episode 25.
Can anyone summarize that?
The last episode is a filler episode, i.e. It fits in everywhere and is not part of the main story.
1x24 is the last episode of season 1. Episode 1x25, on the other hand, can be seen as a kind of special, i.e. Cool / fun additional material from our beloved anime.
Little warning: The first episode of season 2 will also be confusing, since it does not exist in the manga and is told purely for the anime. So later on you don't have to worry too much at the end, as this never existed in the manga.
The "3rd season" is a bunch of great specials, such as "Welcome to Phantomhive", which I personally find the best because it is very special!
The "4th season" is then Book of Circus. The events of this happen in time even during Season 1, as far as I know, and you could call it a kind of bonus story or added / additional subplot.
