Do you find the new Dracula series worth seeing on Netflix?

No. I do not find.

I personally found it excellent. Episode 1 and 2 were really, really good. The third eased a bit, but was still really good.

Maybe watch the trailer. You already get an idea of how it is. Very atmospheric, well staffed and of high quality. And from the makers of Sherlock.

I definitely found the series worth seeing. Not outstanding, but definitely good, entertaining, and very nicely staged.
