My friend has Spotify Premium, not me. Can I somehow click on it and use it as it is with netflix?

Yes, sure. Your friend logs in with you and you can listen to music.

But does not work at the same time.

If you switch to Spotify Premium Family it can be used by multiple users at the same time. This only works for Spotify Premium.
