Black Butler says in my downloads that it expires on March 12th.

No.
It means that the download will be saved until March 12th and after that you have to download it again.
Since Netflix is currently focusing more on anime, I don't think Black Butler will be removed from the range.

This is because the license has expired and Netflix has no desire to pay white money. In the case of the series mentioned above, it will probably be the case.
