Naruto shippuden stagger on netflix?

There are only 10 seasons of naruto shippuden on netflix but netflix has announced that there will be all seasons from January 15th so today where are they?

Either they will come in the course of the day or for some reason it doesn't work after all. Naruto Classic and the first seasons of Shippuden also came out later than originally planned.

How much later?

New episodes and films on Netflix in this country usually arrive at 9 a.m., since the headquarters of Netflix is in California (USA) and there's a time difference of 9 hours to Germany due to the other time zone.

I don't know if this is also the case with Naruto Shippūden.

9 o'clock in the morning or in the evening?

At Classic it was almost two months (planned at the beginning of May 2018, published at the end of June 2018, at Shippuden even almost half a year (planned September 2019, published March 2020). As I said, maybe the episodes are yet to come. Or Netflix answers and says " sorry, will be postponed ".

As I said, a time difference of 9 hours. When it is 12 a.m. In California, it is 9 a.m. In Germany.
