Naruto shippuden tvnow bad video quality?

Unfortunately since in Netflix naruto shipudeen until season 10 I had to watch tvnow. The video quality is not particularly good, why is that? I have a qute internet connection and I watch the whole thing on my mobile phone (Huawei p30 pro)
