You need the logo as an icon format. Right click on the shortcut and then on "Other Icon" under the "Shortcut" tab

Forget "properties"

Right click on the desired shortcut or folder on the desktop
Because on properties
Then either on adapt and then (or) on another symbol
Then look for suitable icons on the PC

Before doing so, you should download the desired icon or icons from the Internet.
