Is there such a thing as a small projector that I can watch Netflix on in my bed in the evening?

They already do that, but you can generally not recommend it because the quality of these mini projectors is usually more than bad. For a bit of Netflix it will be enough and I think you can take almost anyone you can find on Amazon under the search term "Mini Beamer", just read the reviews.
