I have completed the subscription of netflix which costs 11.99 euro, with the credit card of netflix is 15 euro, what about the remaining money? Is it counted and you have just under 1 1/2 months netflix or is it, so to speak, well written on an account that you can 'collect' it?

With Netflix this is generally the case that the remaining money stays on your account and is "accumulated" so to speak, that means that if you recharge another 15 Euro you will be deducted another 11.99 depending on the subscription. Over time, you eventually accumulated € 11.99 and got a subscription so to speak "free" so without adding money to your account.
