What does that mean (TV)?

What does that mean? Are there only e.g. The version of YouTube from 2018 available and Netflix only as a 5.0 version?

The data sheet was printed 2 years ago. Maybe updates will come, maybe not. You can never really know with smart TVs. If the device is not too old, the apps will most likely still work today.

If at some point they no longer work correctly, after 5 years or so, you plug in a Fire TV.

These should be the pre-installed apps, which are pre-installed in the specified version.
You will probably be able to install other apps yourself, as well as updates to existing apps.
