I'm looking for a movie?

I saw a movie on Netflix about 3-4 years ago or so. Unfortunately, I know only a few rough things to the movie, hope jmd knows the:

There was a girl and an older man, the movie was animated, they had (think) a internet friendship. The man could not cry, which is why the girl sent her own tears, while she thought of an animal that was run over. The man stood in the bathroom in front of the mirror when he got the bottle with her tears and helped her up. When the girl was grown up, she visited him… However, she found him dead on the sofa.

Hope jmd knows the movie.

Damn, well remember the movie, it was so depressing. The name does not come to mind.
