When I watch Netflix at home, I can e.g. Watch better call saul or hotel transylvania 4. However, when I go to my friend's house and use his Netflix, this series and the film don't exist! We both live in Bavaria and have chosen Germany as our location. Why is that so? I can't find an answer online Can someone help me?

That can't be. You may not find them in the suggestions, but in the manual search using the magnifying glass in the menu it MUST be there.
