I'm looking for the title of a film that I saw some time ago on Netflix or Amazon. It's about orphans (girls) who grow up in a kind of sisterhood. There they are brought up very strictly and also have to take "their vitamins" every day, but the children are not told what exactly is in these tablets. One girl, however, discovers this secret of those pills and thus experiences many secrets that the sisterhood hides.
At the end of the film it emerges that these 'vitamins' are actually sedative tablets that 'paralyze' the girls physically and mentally by taking them in order to sell them to rich, childless couples. (Don't worry; the film has a big happy ending)
In this film you had to think a lot yourself and do some puzzles, which is why I liked it so much. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea what this film was called. Maybe one of you saw him too.
