3096 days of melody?

I'm looking for a soundtrack from the movie 3096 days. If you watch the movie on Netflix, the melody starts at about 33:50. I've already tried Shazam and searched for this soundtrack on several websites, but wasn't successful. Maybe someone of you knows more. I would just like to have the name because I think the melody is very beautiful.

The music in the film is apparently composed for the film by the composer Martin Todsharow. I can't find a title naming.
