Where can you legally watch Peter from 2003?

My best friend and I really want to watch the movie Peter Pan vob 2003 starring Jeremy Sumpter.

We do not find the movie on Netflix, nor on Maxdome and on Amazon it costs almost 8,00 euro to buy (borrow: about 4,00 euro).

For me it says that the film can be borrowed from Amazon for 2.99 euro. And that is also the price offered by all other streaming services. Cheaper is not possible.
