Have been a Netflix and Amazon Prime customer for about a year. However, I now realize that many films are pretty junk, especially in the horror / thriller area. There's always little choice of blockbusters.
Now yesterday I was on the Maxdome site and read that they have over 50,000 films and series there.
Does anyone have experience with Maxdome? Do you have a better choice there?
No, in my experience the selection at Maxdome is rather poor. Most of the good films can also be found on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. The selection of scrap seems to me to be rather larger.

Maxdome has a relatively large video-on-demand offer, meaning: films that you have to pay in addition to your subscription.
Netflix doesn't have anything like that, so the 50,000 films are put into perspective again. Otherwise, you also have a fairly large number of B & C movies that you would probably never watch.
I find Netflix much better than Maxdome, also when it comes to the range of good series.
Everything that is reasonably good or interesting you have to pay extra at Maxdome. The average is 3 to 7 euro per film.
With Netflix you are also much better off in terms of selection.
