Looking for a Christmas movie?

Saw a Christmas movie on Netflix last year about a girl she had a sick mother and a singer. The singer was on the train and so was the girl and the train somehow attracted attention because the snow was too heavy. The two started talking and then got off the train together and she wanted to take him to a waffle shop. The singer was dark-skinned and tall and she looked so bit Hispanic and was short with short black hair. In the end, they kind of fell in love and celebrated Christmas together. And I don't remember the name of the film

I can watch it again later i can't go to netflix my ioad makes a backup and the film is really cool. I looked for him with my girlfriend.
