Name of the movie Netflix wanted?

It had been about the future of humanity and society, about working life, where it was strictly sorted out who was learned and who was not trained and so everyone had to work according to their needs. It was just about the future working life. Does anyone happen to know the name of the film or the series, I'm not sure anymore, but I tend to film.
