What is the name of this film? - 7

I'm looking for a horror film where I unfortunately forgot the title. It's about some guy kidnapping people (only women I think) and putting them in a water bath. He chains her there, loudspeakers are built into the tub (made of glass), then he goes into an adjoining room to a mixer and plays music or only sounds. The volume and vibration make people ache and eventually die. I mean, I would have seen the movie on Netflix, but I'm not sure. Can someone help me?
