What is the name of the animated film I'm looking for. It's a family / horror movie. The film is about a boy that is about 14 years old and has a creepy neighbor. It was haunted in this house too. Everyone in town was afraid of the house and everyone who entered their property was dragged into the house. The boy and a couple of friends are examining and always want to go into the house.
