I can recommend the Annabelle film series to you.
Personally, I thought Annabelle 2 is the scariest horror movie I've ever watched.
But I don't know if there's one on Prime I don't have it. Watched it on Netflix last year or so.
Unfortunately, there aren't really good horror films on Netflix. Or I'm too demanding.
The only one that really made me fearful so far was "Conjuring".
Look at Conjuring. I'm not exactly sure if he's still on Netflix, but Veronica was also quite good, he's not that scary, but has jumpscares and is supposedly based on a true story. Escape room is good too.
