American version of Netflix?

I have had Netflix for a long time and I recently noticed that there are different versions depending on where you live, i.e. Some series are only available in the USA on Netflix, for example Lucifer.

And I was wondering if there was a way to get this American version of Netflix and if you could still watch the series and films in German.

Netflix depends on your location, so only with VPN

With a VPN you can change your location, but whether the things are then available in German, I do not know.

However, a VPN costs money every month, at least I have not yet found a free one.
