I just saw a video about the Titanic and there were scenes that I did not know yet and have never seen before. And that's why I want to watch the full movie. Is it somehow possible on DVD she is censored as well as Netflix. I would be really grateful!

If they cut out the boring scenes, I guess I saw the uncensored version.

As far as I know, the movie was never changed in content, not even in 2012. (3D)
There are, however, different editions, (3 DVD, 4 DVD) the u.a. Containing scenes that were not ultimately included in the film, there's almost every movie, there's still an alternative ending of the film on the additional DVDs.
That would be, if then a director's cut-version. Uncensored means something different. On DVD, there's only one version. There's no longer one. Because you do not have to censor anything in the movie.
