Because that's the 53rd episode? For whatever reason, from then on, Netflix no longer has the names of the episode, but the total number. The first number is the number of the episode in the respective season. So the 12th episode of season three is episode 53 in total.
It is the 12 episode of season 3.
But the 53 follow from the complete anime.

If you add the episodes together that would actually be episode 63.
