When does the second season of miraculous appear on netflix?

Actually, it should already come out in 2017 but we have in 3 days 2019 and so I'm getting impatient. Unfortunately, there are no other ways to watch the series illegally, there's only until episode 11 and mostly missing episode 10

The season was revised and the season finale was on 31 November.
