The PC is well suited for streaming such as Netflix etc in 4k resolution and everyday tasks such as surfing the Internet and testing small programs from time to time. I have a larger SSD over I would then install it myself
Should be enough for your requirements.
Netflix, however, is network based. If you only have an 8Mbit Leitubg you will not be able to stream a 4K movie

If you pay little money for something (especially with computers) you can't get ANYTHING good and you can't expect this mini Pc 4k to do anything.
