HDMI turns off shortly when closing netflix in Edge?

A few days ago I have a new video card,

Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 2070 AMP Extreme 8GB,
but if I look at Netflix on Edge and then close the tab in which I look, the connection drops out (I think), because for a second the screen is black, then the connection is back and my monitor shows me briefly HDMI (, monitor and video card are connected via HDMI).

In addition, I have a game over night download around the next day, this problem is also just as occurred when I was surfing, it is likely that it was because the PC so 14-16h then turned on. After a restart, it was gone again, but the "Netflix problem" has remained.

The HDMI cable is flawless, have also tested a second, which shows the same problems.

I hope someone knows the cause and can help me.

Just an idea, but it can be that the resolution of the displayed video in an Edge tab (full screen?) Does not match the native resolution of the monitor / TV, and / or you have a different DPI-Scallierung than 1: 1 for the Use Windows desktop?

In this case, the monitor / TV would have to change the resolution, e.g. From 1080p to 2160p and vice versa. When changing the resolution, it is quite normal if the device takes 1-3 seconds to switch. This varies greatly from device to device.
