When does highschool dxd season 4 come in German?

When will the 4 season highschool dxd come in German? I would like to watch it online, e.g. Via netflix or other websites

As of this week, the season has been released here on DVD / Bluray. Divided into four boxes. One every month. The last box is due to appear on September 21, so the season would be entirely in German.

There are legal streams on Anime on Demand, one episode every week. Other, less legal, sites also have to wait until the disks are out.
