I had the first two seasons on Netflix and now wanted to keep watching Cruchyroll, but that's where season 3 starts completely different than season 2 ended on Netflix.
Does anyone know where to start now?

I also had the problem (but that with the Seven deadly sins, because Netflix has a season with 3 more episodes) the best thing is to just see how many episodes you have already watched and then move on to the next one if this is not the one that you are looking for just go back until you find your last episode. When you've found that, it's sure to be the next. If something has happened that is not familiar to you, it will probably be told differently at some point. (And just as a side information in case you didn't know, always after the outro of the episode there's a small section of 5-30 seconds because something is still being told.
