How about if you have the money back booked from your bank or call Netflix directly at the hotline? Would be the easiest
If you have withdrawn it, then email with contract number and confirmation of termination with the note
"You have 7 working days to return the money to my account"
Send it immediately, and you will normally have it in your account in 2 days
