I watched two seasons of Noragami on Netflix. It doesn't look like a third season is coming. Which is why I would know if the manga will be continued. If so, from which volume do I have to start? I don't want to start from volume one because I don't want to just spend the money like that.

Nothing is known about a third season is also unlikely.
Noragami:
It continues with volume 10, chapters 36 or 38. In the second season there were deviations from the manga. So if you want to start in the manga from season 2, start with volume 4, chapter 13.

The manga goes on. A chapter appears, but always after 2-4 months
