WLAN is the radio link between your device and the WLAN router. WLAN is therefore under your responsibility. If you haven't throttled anything there, nothing is throttled.

What is "more internet"? "Internet" doesn't exist any more or less. So just get specific: What does it depend on? According to your information, the result of the speed test is in the normal range. In concrete terms: what exactly is bothering you? And again: "Does not work" is not a description of the error.
