I saw them on amazon back then, and they're included in prime until season 15. So if anyone in your family should be a prime member, then there.
You also pay with all other platforms, with Joyn, for example, too. Wouldn't make much sense if you could watch the episodes LEGAL for free somewhere while you would have to pay for other streaming services…
Since you speak of Netflix, it seems to me as if you either already have a Netflix subscription or would consider creating an account if Grey's Anatomy would be there 🤔
I can only recommend Disney + to yourself, there are now at least 15 seasons, possibly 16

Of course you can definitely watch it somewhere for free. With known websites. But everything is illegal. Just have a look at Joyn or Amazon Prime.
If you can speak English, use a VPN app and watch it on Netflix if you have one.
