I got a free prime subscription today and wanted to cancel it immediately so that I don't forget it.
It said something like:
"Quit Now and Lose Your Prime Benefits?"
Otherwise it is with netflix and so, yes, that you can use it until the trial period has expired.
So is that the case here?
Cancel now and lose your Prime benefits
No way. It never really says lose.
You keep all benefits for the full month from the start of your subscription.
There was on the button to cancel:
"End free period - forego benefits"
Then only waive after the month has ended…
But just in case Amazon should have changed that (which I don't believe but doesn't care), it would be best to cancel only a few days before the end of the month. Just make yourself a memory. And if you quit, you will see whether all the benefits are really gone or you can still use them until the end.
OK
