Yes, I have netflix on my pc but it has just been banned and is only allowed to use cell phones so anyone who knows a website would be happy.

Then the streaming offer on this site was probably illegal and watching these streams would be a copyright infringement, so illegal too.
As I said, currently only Netflix has the streaming license in this country.
Crunchyroll would still be legal, but may only offer the series in the US with English subtitles.
