I have watched Hunter x Hunter on Netflix but unfortunately there are not all followings there. I would like to look further, but I know a few sites where you can watch it but unfortunately not in German. So I would like to know where you can look further in German, preferably for free, but if you have to pay 5 euro for it, it's okay

From January 14th, Aniverse (a streaming service from Amazon Prime) will follow 59-112. You can get 14 days of trial weeks and then watch it there (I'll do it too). If you want to look further then I only know legally in Amazon Prime up to follow 148, but you have to pay an extra 75 euro.
