Where can I, The Legend of Korra look legal and free?

Well, I have watched Avatar The Last Airbender many times on Netflix now I want to see the legend of Korra but I can't find any legal and free site / app.

All three seasons are available on Amazon, with only 1 & 2 in German.

In addition, only the seasons 1 & 2 are currently included in the Prime subscription.

An alternative would perhaps be the DVD box of the series.

I think both the stories about Aang and Korra are very worth seeing.

Only this real-film adaptation is a criminal offense!
