Where can you watch youjoivity legal and free of charge?

I would like to watch the anime youjoenkenki but don't know where I can legally watch it, I only discovered it on Crunchyroll but don't want to subscribe for 5 euro a month just to watch this anime.

I usually watch all of my anime on Netflix but it doesn't exist there and I don't want to watch it illegally.

I think legally and free of charge it is not otherwise possible

You only need a subscription for the German Synchro. The Japanese synchro with German subtitles is available free of charge (click on OmU).

With subtitles, it's free at Crunchyroll.
For the dubbed version, on the other hand, you have to pay on both sides.
