Paid and legal:
Amazon Prime Video, Animax, Anime on Demand, Crunchyroll (Premium), Netflix, Rakuten TV, Steam, TV NOW (Premium, App), Wakanim (Premium)
Crunchyroll is very good, although you should actually get advertising comes to me no.

Unless you use the app, that's why I only use Chrome
So in Chrome, you may not get any ads because you may have the AdBlock in it.
For me, there's also no advertising on the app
