How do I get away from technology?

I'm 22 now and have only played here for many years of my life, watched series etc.

I'm around 35 hours a week on my cell phone (at least since I've been watching a series) and on the PC three to four times as easy.

I have the feeling that many are doing this and I want to get out of it, but it's hard without Netflix, games, etc.

I don't know what I can do offline. Walk and maybe still write songs somehow… Read a book or something, but then?

Are you feeling the same? Degree because I also live in the country and most of them have either moved away etc.

No

Get out there, train your body. Get some rings to hang up.
Find a solid hobby, e.g. Learn to play the guitar. Always comes well.

But in general, as long as you enjoy your life, you don't have to change anything. You don't have to prove anything to anyone.

It would be easiest to do more with friends, but by God, I know how hard it can be to find them.

Find the best help. I once wrote a scientific paper on computer game addiction etc. It is also important that you really need something you are passionate about and where your body gives you a natural feeling of happiness, e.g. Sport.

In order not to stare at the mobile phone in order to be able to concentrate, I use the "Forest" app - I can only recommend it. If so, but with deep mode. That means you will, you will always be redirected back to the Forest app. Give it a try!

It's best to give things to someone who keeps them for you. That way you won't even be tempted to use them. And what you can do instead will come to your mind. Boredom makes you inventive. ^^

We recently moved to the country and I don't have a friend. For example, I'm often outside and because it is summer, I'm often at the campsite and the whole day in the outdoor pool. Just look for a caravan or something cheap. Find a cheap campsite with a pool and spend the summer there. Leave your e-devices at home and only take one cell phone with you (only for emergencies and in the evening). I only have a small TV in the caravan, which I only use for 10-20 minutes from 11:00 p.m.
