Daybreak hope for season 2 realistic?

Hi I'm a Daybreak fan (Netflix series)

And I really want there to be a 2 season but it says on the internet that the fie series has been canceled now my question is there any hope for the series?

What Netflix sells is discontinued and I hardly believe that any other provider will scramble for an only moderately successful Netflix series. 🤷🏻♂️
