Hey guys wanted to ask when the next season The seven deadly Sins comes out so the 4th season (Netflix) or the 3rd season?

Not known. Probably only in 2-3 years.
Well, what the others say is not quite true, so on Netflix, the second (third) season came out 4 months after first airing in Japan, considering this time roughly and assuming that they have already published the chapters of the manga which are already finished Edit anime, the 4th (third) should come on average in early 2020 or later… However, the manga officially ends with chapter 350 at the end of 2019
Officially, however, nothing is known!
