What is the name of a Netflix series?

I'm looking for a Netflix series, the name of which I've forgotten, what it's about a soldier (or something) who is now somehow used to launch an attack on his own country.

It reminds me of the film, not a series, "shooter". It is also available on Netflix.
It's about a sniper who served in the military, but not anymore. He is caught in a trap allegedly to prevent an assassination attempt on the president. I do not tell further, do not want to spoil.
