I started on netflix Titans and in the first episode there was a look back.

Is there something like a first part or something?

I know nothing, but maybe it's the prehistory

If you start with season 1 episode 1 it fits. There's no other series or film that tells the story. Flashbacks of the individual characters often occur in the series.
