If it is a film you go to the last minutes (as if you had watched the film) and let the end go (I think you can go right to the very end. If it is a series you can I think to the last 4 -2 Follow episodes and always rewind to the end and click on the next episode until the series ends.

With the app you go to More and then to Account.
