Can someone tell me because on Netflix it goes until the 3rd season which only has 10 to follow. Is it going to go on for a long time or will season 4 just come if there's one?

There are currently 4 seasons, with the fourth being split into two parts. The second part starts after postponement due to Corona in October. You can watch the first part at Wakanim (Japanese with German subtitles).
The fourth season came out this year, but because of Corona the second part of the fourth season was postponed.
