What do you think of One Piece making a Netflix Live Action series?

As always, approach something with the lowest expectations. It can't get any worse than the anime anyway, especially since I generally liked the live action adaptation a lot (Netflix Death Note even more than anime lol).

You just have to keep in mind that this is not intended for anime fans.

Can be good, can be bad. Will show when the series is there.

Real films are not as bad as many anime fans like to think. Dragonball Evolution is an extreme example of how it can't be done, maybe even Death Note (Netflix). Otherwise… Ghost in the Shell was not a masterpiece now, but already visible, I personally found Alita very good.

And bad real films are not just a product of the West. The Japanese film versions of Attack on Titan or Terra Formars are not covered with fame either.

The real movie can't be implemented with the available means as in the anime (pencils are not expensive; CGI and stunt people do)

That's why I think flop!
