Anime: Adventure of Sinbad stream?

There are the magi series and the history of Sinbad, as he meets his comrades. Unfortunately, the series stops at the 13th episode, now the question: are there any more episodes with German dub / sub? Since some questions arise in the actual Magi series and I would like to see the other consequences for explanation, than to pick out everything on the Internet. (Why is Sinbad already half obsessed? / Why is Drakon no longer a human?)
